Responsibilities and Professional Qualifications

Payroll processing and transmission for a large number of employees (3800 employees)

Application and monitoring of collective agreements

CNESST Payment Management
-
Calculation of severance pay and vacation pay

Production of employment records

Validation of overtime hours
-
Preparation of remittance reports (DAS, pension funds, seizures, union dues, etc.)

Providing quality service to employees and supervisors
-
Participation in year-end activities and procedures

Degree in administration, accounting or relevant training
-
Minimum 3 years' experience with the full payroll cycle

Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations, collective agreements

Discretion, rigor and attention to detail

Experience with unionized payroll (an asset)

Experience with UKG software (an asset)

Responsibilities and Professional Qualifications

Responsible for sales and rentals (new and used) for the South Shore territory (Drummondville border) including market development, territory management and competitive price positioning.

Develop and retain customers and ensure project follow-up.

Prepare submissions and project documents, liaise with clients, and create detailed price request forms.

Analyze the market and the competition in order to adjust the supply and strategies.

Maintains a high level of customer service and collaborates closely with the internal team to deliver quality solutions
